Overview

Welcome to the Presentation of the White Paper on Corporate Governance in Russia which is co-organised by the OECD and the World Bank Group and co-hosted by the Ministry of Russia for Economic Development and Trade, the Federal Commission of Securities Market (FCSM) and the Supreme Arbitrazh Court of Russia, with the support of USAID and the Global Corporate Governance Forum.

The White Paper has been developed by the Russian Corporate Governance Roundtable.  It is the product of a rich debate between Russian and international experts that have participated in the five meetings of the Roundtable over the past three years.  The text of the White Paper, which has been the subject of extensive consultation, sets out concrete recommendations on policy objectives and reform priorities. Copies of the White Paper will be available in Russian and English.
